The information we collect, following any contact you initiate from the Website, are processed by Leno Avocats, as data processor, after you formally approve such processing.
We may use your personal data for various purposes, such as providing the legal services you request, managing our relationship, managing applications for associate or assistant positions or internships, carrying out surveys, improving our services, analyzing activity on the Website, providing personalized solicitations, ensuring the proper security of our activities, protecting you against any fraud attempts, and more generally, managing our activity.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected and continue to process it, and to satisfy any legal, fiscal and accounting requirements. Personal data used for communication and prospecting purposes are kept on file for three (3) years from time of data collection or last contact with the firm, subject to any legal preservation obligations or applicable statute of limitations.
The personal data is collected for the exclusive use of duly authorized members of Leno Avocats and the firm’s subcontractors. In accordance with the French law on Information Technology, data files and civil liberties (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request access to, restriction, porting, deletion, completing, and rectification of your personal data. You may also object to processing of your personal data and oppose the processing of your data for prospecting purposes.

You may also file a claim with the CNIL (“Commission Nationale de l’informatique et des libertés”), the French Data Protection authority.
